Casting Your Cares
Let’s define cast! To throw (a fishing line, hook, etc.) into the water by using a fishing pole, taken from the Merriam-Webster Dictionary. Have you find yourself having concerns about things that you’re probably unable to control? Have work been a challenge for you? Are you having to encounter difficult people? What about new changes occurring in your life? This is the stressful life, yes, I said “stress – full” life. Your life is full of stress! My life is full of stress that is why I am able to help and coach others. The key is to be a manager of stress. Casting all your cares, not some of them. This would be all your anxieties, your worries and basically all concerns that you may have. In order for you to change something you must first know what is that needs to be changed. By finding this out you have to search and discover. Whenever you have a toothache or need a tooth pulled where do you go? When ailments come upon you where do you go? The answers are the dentist and the doctor, right? On the other hand, by going to the specialist, it’s more than likely you will have a greater outcome .
Be careful who you allow to speak into your life. Everyone’s advise is not always the best advise.
